He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stack and Elizabeth Stack; his wife Pam; and his siblings, Jim Stack, Kay Kozeluh, Tom Stack and Jean Grubaugh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Lenti (David), Kerry Klaeren (Bob) and Katy Hall (Lou); his grandchildren, Jake, Matt Lenti, Bobby, Jimmy Klaeren, Mia, Luca and Giancarlo Hall; and his brother-in-law David Cullum (Gabriele). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
