He was predeceased by: his wife Panagiota; and his siblings, Spiro Kalantzis (late Alexandra) and Catherine Paltatzidis (late Anastasios). He is survived by: his children, Peter (Rachell), Anna Kalatzis-Cummings, Angela Rosak (John), Pappou of Maria, Savanna, Paige, Kevin, Nolan, Ava, Dale, George, John, Alex and Sophia; and his siblings, Nick Kalantzis (Dimetra), Evangelia Kalyvas (late George) and Pericles Kalantzis (Theodora).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (893 Church Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
