She was predeceased by: her husband Louis P. Costabile Sr.; her parents, Patrick Daley and Carmella Daley; and her brother Ken Daley. She is survived by: her son Louis Costabile; her daughter-in-law Donna Costabile; and her grandchildren, Frankie and Joey Costabile.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Pedersen Ryberg Funeral Home (435 N York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
