He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Carson and Laura Carson; his daughter Cathy; and his sister Dorothy Saporito. He is survived by: his wife Sherall; his sons, Dave Carson (Angie) and Jeff Carson (Kelly); his grandchildren, Moleigh Carson (Matt Byerwalter), Tara, Liam, Anna, Lauren and Alex; and his niece Nancy Rand.
