She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Forker and Sally Forker; her husband Jeff Schwartz; and her children, Ella and Cayden.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Visitation Catholic Church (779 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
