She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Zwadlo; her parents, Theodore Wesolowski and Janina "Jenny" Wesolowski; and her sisters, Lilian Salazar (Wesolowski), Elaine Hanson (Wesolowski) and Theresa Kerpec (Wesolowski).
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Sherwin Zwadlo; and her friends, Terry Schwebke and Regina Sloane.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Sherwin Zwadlo OBRA '93 Payback.
