She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ray Cook; her children, Ray Cook (Brenda), Rick Cook (Judy), Linda Culver (late Stuart), Jim Cook (Lynelle) and Cristina Schaff (Kurt); and her siblings, Ken Blauw (Helen), Karen Slinkman (late George) and John Blauw. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
