She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Patrick, Mary Kate Nelson (Thomas) and Kelly Wissbroecker (Luke); her grandchildren, Cillian, Wilkie and Nolan; her parents, Sarah Galvin and Thomas Galvin; and her siblings, Eileen Bowman (Kevin), Thomas, Kevin (Cindy), Terrence, Brian Galvin (Sheila) and Sheila O'Hara (Francis). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Visitation Catholic Church (779 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A burial was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
