With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Catherine Seals of Elmhurst, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael A. Seals; her siblings, Tom, Tim, Bill (Paula), Rita, Mike and Ruth Rexing; and her nieces and nephews, Cori Rexing and Christopher Seals.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A prayer was held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Alexis Catholic Church (400 W Wood Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106). A burial was held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at the All Saints Catholic Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
