With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Bergadon (Elmhurst, Illinois), who passed away on October 9, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Estelle; his parents, Efthimios Bergadon and Helen Bergadon; and his siblings, Patricia Jordan, Anthony and Theodore.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Maggie) and Mark Bergadon; his grandchildren, Christopher Bergadon and Emily Sliz; and his great grandchildren, Logan and Connor Sliz.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church - Elmhurst (893 N Church Ct, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (2905 Thatcher Ave, River Grove, IL 60171).
