He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Colette Uhlir; his parents, Otto J. Uhlir Sr. and Lillian Uhlir; and his siblings, William Uhlir and Elaine Sumner (Tuttle).
He is survived by: his son Kurt Uhlir; his daughter-in-law Kathy Uhlir (Matkaitis); and his grandchildren, Bryanna Uhlir and Sara Uhlir.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pedersen Ryberg Funeral Home (435 N York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
