She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. Irvin L. Heckmann; her children, Kathy Kowieski (John) and Peter Heckmann (Michelle); her grandchildren, Andy (Ally), Brian (Colleen), Matt Kowieski (Tiffany), Meg Quille (Joe), Alli, Sarah and Jay Heckmann; her great grandchildren, Alivia, Brinley, Josie, Theo, Weston, Quinn, Nora and Ruth; her sibling Pat Calabrese (late Betty); her niece Barbara; and her nephews, Frank, Patrick and John Calabrese.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (134 Arthur St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
