Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Eldred (Bilek) and Joseph Vilimek; and his wife Barbara (Stokes). He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Mocny (late Scott), Susan Houtz and Cathy Loomis (Kevin); and his grandsons, Alex and Austin Houtz.
