With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Joseph Stearns of Elmhurst, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Gary Stearns. He is survived by: his mother Toni Stearns; his wife Kristi (Sloan); his children, Kyle (Emily Simo), Bailey and Kameron; and his siblings, Scott and Jenny.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to The Melanoma Research Foundation (https://melanoma.org) or Breakthrough T1D in his memory.
