He is survived by: his wife Kay Ottoson; his children, Eric (Megan Welch) and Christine Mahoney (John); his grandchildren, Molly, Josie, Ty and Audrey; his brother-in-law Bill Lurtz (Susie); his nephews, Ron Sheldon (Nancy) and Tom Sheldon; his niece Karen Effner (Bob); and his sibling Lake.
