He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kulpaka and Mary Kulpaka; his wife Dorothy "Doddie" (Doddie); and his children, Kerry (Cathy), Karen, LuAnn Dockery, Michael (Anne) and Robert (Janelle).
He is survived by: his sons, William "Bill" and Dennis Kulpaka; his grandchildren, Robert John "BJ", Krissie Pedroza (Andy), Kathy Cundiff (Eric), Teresa Kulpaka, Hannah Dockery, Carly Dockery and Holli Kulpaka; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Andy, Ellie, Gracie, Abby, Cameron, Layla, Will and Matthew Cundiff; and his brother Ronald Kulpaka (Pat).
