It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Hayes (Elmhurst, Illinois), who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore (Bernice Schmidt) and Elmhurst; her husband Edward J. Hayes; and her son Brian. She is survived by: her children, Edward, Julie (Mike Kopp), Lori, Jeff (Donna) and Chris (Michelle); her grandchildren, Cameron Kopp (Tara), Kelly Kopp, Connor Kopp (Alyssa), Melissa, Sara (JP Finan) and Joey (Carolyn); and her sisters, Arlene Schmidt and Karen (John Burnette).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pedersen Ryberg Funeral Home (435 N York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A prayer will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
