He is survived by: his children, Laura O. Polidario, Frank P. Luzuriaga, George R. Luzuriaga and Jennifer M. Jennings; and his brothers, Luis Eleuterio Luzuriaga Rodriquez and Cesar Vidal Luzuriaga Rodriquez.
