It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mari C. Dakessian of Elmwood Park, Illinois, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her spouse Kostas; and her siblings, Sara, Arturo, Armando and Anita.

She is survived by : her daughters, Mabel Salinas (Sergio), Stella Siembrzuch (Anthony) and Beatriz Dakessian; her grandchildren, Lorena Rodriguez (Alejandro), Gabriela Abate (Matthew), Richard Siembrzuch, Nicholas Dakessian, Jacqueline Siembrzuch and Adrian Salinas (Paola); her great grandchildren, Mateo, Sebastian and Lyla Rose; and her sister Rosa Zoulemian.
