She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalles Terry and Isabell Terry (Holman); and her great grandchild Sam Biggs. She is survived by: her husband Kevin A. Hausman; her children, Jason Hausman (Jenny) and Sarah Bartlett; her granddaughters, Rebeka Bartlett, Lee Ann Biggs (Brian) and Connie Webster (Sean); her great grandchildren, James Biggs, Lucas Biggs and John Webster; and her brothers, Ralph W. Terry and Bev A. Terry.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Vaughn Hill Church of Christ (662 S Bellwood Dr, Wood River, IL 62095).
Memorials may be given to the Sam Biggs Memorial Foundation.
