He was predeceased by: his grandson AJ Plese; his parents, Anthony Plese and Florence Mae Plese Sr. (Kennedy); his siblings, George Plese and Mary Kuszynski; and his brothers-in-law, Ernie Hicks, Robert Bajt (Gail) and John Bajt.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Plese (Bajt); his children, John Plese (Lori), Karen Speckman (Bill) and Andy Plese (Noreen); his granddaughters, Katie Speckman Wardisiani, Kristin Plese Parrish (Alex), Michelle Speckman Ortiz (Mario) and Janet Speckman Bonadeo (Ian); his sisters, Joyce Pearson (Chipper) and Shirley Hicks; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Plese, Mary Kay Bajt and Conrad Kuszynski. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, all memorials made to the family will be forwarded to Tunnel to Towers Foundation to help Gold Star families and fallen first responder families.
