We announce the death of Donald A. Pluth (Elwood, Illinois), who passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pluth and Mary Albert; and his brother John Pluth Jr.. He is survived by: his son Don Albert Pluth Jr.; his daughter-in-law Dina Jo Pluth; his grandsons, Daniel Albert Pluth and Matthew Angelo Pluth; his siblings, Bob Pluth and Sandy Rodeghiero; and his daughter-in-law Katlyn Elizabeth Pluth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Donald's name to a charity of the family's choice.
