He is survived by: his former wife Rita Parkinson; his sons, Tim Whalen (Deanna) and Brian Whalen (Diane); his wife Marie Andrae; his stepchild Johnita Case (Sean); his children, Phil Kaminski (Cindy), Cindy VanWormer (Mark) and Jamie Gadoury; his grandsons, Kyle Whalen (Sara), Josh Whalen (Kate) and Tyler Whalen; his great grandchildren, Gerald Robert Whalen and Quinn Micheal Whalen; his stepgrandson Zachary Nolan (Marissa); and his extended family, Marilyn Wallen (late Tom), Greg Wallen (Tamera), Marsha Church (late Bill), Cory Church (Nicki), Kelcey Kast (Tim), Megan Smith (Steve), Erin Fasula (Mike), Nancy Eiland (late Lamar) and Judy Whalen (Kevin).
