He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Osborn and Violet Osborn (Brown); his son Matthew M. Osborn Sr.; and his siblings, Harold Osborn III and Gloria Manes.
He is survived by : his children, Eileen Osborn of Mason City, David P. Osborn Jr. of Emden and Erin Moulton (Jeremiah) of Washington; and his brother Donald Osborn, Sr.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
