He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Edwin Pattillo and Ruth Elaine Pattillo (Bozarth); his wife Carolyn Sue Pattillo; his siblings, Frank "Bill" Pattillo, Byford Pattillo, Eugene "Gene" Pattillo, Robert Lee Pattillo, Wilma Pattillo, Mildred Pruett (Harry) and Edith Layne (Jack); and his stepgranddaughter Carissa Richardson.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, William Joseph Turner of Alpena, Michigan, Larry Turner (Julie) of Lake Isabella, Michigan and Cynthia Smith of Princeton, Indiana; his stepgrandchildren, Adam Turner, Melinda Dotson, Kristy Gray (Neil), Michelle Turner (Jesse Frein), Beth Turner (Christopher Zamplas), Amber Thomas (David), Isabelle Smith and Noah Smith; his brother Floyd Pattillo (Aeja) of Fremont, California; and his nephew Robert Eugene Pattillo (Medra) of Trout Creek, Michigan. He is also survived by 9 step-great grandchildren; several great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
