He was predeceased by: his parents, Garves P. Beltz and Bonnie I. Beltz (Collier); his wife Donna Lee Brown; and his brothers, Donald Beltz and Billie Beltz.
He is survived by: his daughter Ronda; his son-in-law Mike DeMattei of Marion, IL; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Jan Beltz of Loveland, OH; his grandchildren, Dr. Ryan Beltz (Danielle) of Liberty Township, OH, Emily DeMattei of Carterville, IL and Brody DeMattei (Rachael DeMattei) of Collinsville, IL; and his great grandchildren, Rowan Beltz, Reese Beltz and Henry DeMattei. He is also survived by nephew and two nieces.
