He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Horn (Cheryl) of Enfield, IL, Johnny Fields (Renea) of Enfield, IL and Tiffany Horn of Lebanon, IN; his grandchildren, Ashley Oglesby (Blaine) and Billy Wayne Horn (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Billy Jacob Horn, Danika Horn, Weston Smith and Warren Oglesby; and his sisters, Susie Gill (Ed) of California, Ann Rynearson of Lebanon, IN, Laura Cox of Lafayette, IN and Betty Mahan of Lafayette, IN..
