We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2023, at the age of 73, Danny Moomey of Equality, Illinois, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Moomey and Angeline Moomey; his son Danny Dale Moomey, Jr.; his sister Sandy; and his brother-in-law Lemar Nalley.

He is survived by : his wife Laura "JoJo" Moomey; his children, Dani JoAnn Moomey, Matthew Lee Moomey (Susan) and Kelly Dawn Wakefield; his grandchildren, Kaiden Matthew Moomey, Emma Kathryn Golden, Grace Shey Elizabeth Golden, Jamie Lea Krusinski, Kalyn Rae Krusinski and Kody James Krusinski; and his brother Tom Moomey (Paula).
