He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sisk and Maybelle Sisk; his siblings, John Sisk, Bob Sisk and Lois Elder; and his daughter-in-law Jayla Sisk.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Sisk (Penrod); and his children, Angi Hise (Jim) of Equality, Melanie Sisk of Equality, Melissa Williams (Kent) of Carmi and Nick Sisk of Equality. He is also survived by Several brothers and sisters in law, nieces, and nephews.
