He is survived by: his mother Rose Carrigan (Sciamatore) of Leonardtown, Maryland; his daughters, Connie Proctor of Stafford, Virginia, Rebecka Rabasco (Devon Gooch) of Woodbridge, Virginia, Amanda Rabasco of Manassas, Virginia and Rachel Rabasco-Sanchez (Ernesto) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; his grandchildren, Aspen, Dakota, Donovan, Zoë, Dyami, Angel, Amaya, Manuel, Arissa, Faith, Jacoury, Julian and Xiomara; and his sister Denise Rabasco of Newburgh, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
