He was predeceased by: his parents, John Detweiler and Laura Detweiler; his brother Gerald Detweiler; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Detweiler, Emma Milkeraitis and John Milkeraitis.
He is survived by: his wife Gerda Milkeraitis; his children, Gerri Englund (Kevin), Gail Marriott (David) and Gary Detweiler (Kathi); his grandchildren, Sydney Englund, Christopher, Gretchen Marriott, Aaron Laitila (Courtney), Thomas Laitila, Jill Hirsch (Travis) and Alyssa Detweiler; his great grandchild Quinn Laitila; his sister Jennita Wright; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Detweiler, JoAnn Milkeraitis and Ray Milkeraitis. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
