He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Heffren and Hazel Wrestler Heffren; his former wife Melvina Johnson; his wife Kathleen Zalucha; and his siblings, Rossie Heffren, Darlene Hood and Annabell Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Vic Heffren of Indianapolis, IN, Norm Heffren (Bridget) of Indianapolis, IN and Cindy Heffren of Indianapolis, IN; and his brothers, Gearold Heffren (Sue) and Otis Heffren. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Heart House in Eureka.
