She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Shelton and Virginia Shelton (McGill); and her brother Steven Shelton. She is survived by : her husband James Allen Bullock; her daughters, Julie Casey (Mark) of Germantown Hills and Jodie Bullock of Eureka; her grandsons, Matthew James Casey, Joshua Ryan Casey (Megan) and Brock Steven Bullock; her brother Tobin Preston of Peoria; her nieces, Misty Shelton and Tabitha Shelton; and her nephew John Shelton. She is also survived by friends, family, grandsons, and her cats.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, 8630 State Route 91, Peoria, IL 61615.

“Jodie, you & Brock are the two I know the most of Mom's family that I never met! I met Mom the day I was hired as an operator at Proctor. Boy, we hit it off from DAY ONE! We talked about EVERYTHING! From the phone company to gambling to football to family! Mom was a hoot! She always talked about you & Brock. She brought in the portrait of you, her & Julie. So beautiful. I love & miss Mom.
