He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rebholz and Ruby Rebholz (Peugh); his brothers, Steve and Roger Rebholz; and his nephew Clay Rebholz.
He is survived by: his wife Melody (Bennett); his son Eric Rebholz (Jennifer) of Henry; his siblings, Danny Rebholz (Julie) of Lacon and Janey King (Jeff) of Chillicothe; and his grandchildren, Malachi Rebholz (Chloe) of Lacon, River Rebholz of Henry, Amber Rebholz of Henry and Austin Terwedo (Nathalie) of Phoenix. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
