He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Foster and Pauline Vallazza Foster; his sisters, Theresa Herd, Katherine Marshall and Pauline Fleming; and his children, Steven Foster (Aleshia) of Washington, Mary Jo Musick (Dennis) of Secor, IL and Paulin Pierson of Morton. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Oasis Church.
