It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen D. Fyke of Eureka, Illinois, who passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ludwig and Elanore Hammond Ludwig; her husband James L. Fyke; and her son Matthew L. Fyke. She is survived by: her daughters, Kirsten Fyke, Robin Robinson (Chris) and Susan Bressner (Brandon); and her grandchildren, Bradley (Mary), Jennifer (Derek), Robert, Alexander, Nora, Sofia, Nigel and Peter. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Woodford County Historical Society, Eureka Christian Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
