She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Deter and Olga Deter (Saltz); her sister Betty Ann Aderholtz; and her son Richard Welch. She is survived by : her children, Deborah Marlett (Ken), Patricia Rogers of Eureka, Dennis Welch of Bartonville and Michael Flanagan Jr. (Cindi) of Washington; her daughter-in-law Paula Welch of Wells, ME; her grandchildren, Clinton Cawley (Lisa), Dustin Cawley (Julie), Coletta Welborn (Jason), Isaiah Welch (Simona), Ricky Welch, Alicia Billings (Josh), Kyle Flanagan (Chelsie), Jacalyn Musick (Dustin) and Derek Flanagan (Linsay); and her stepgrandsons, Chad Marlett and Jeffrey Bridges. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren and 6 step great-grandchildren.
