She was predeceased by : her parents, Perry Arnold and Jenny Wallace Arnold; and her sisters, Dorothy Sweeney and Evelyn Burdsall. She is survived by : her husband Ronald C. Guth; and her children, Pat Getz (Dave) of Tempe, AZ, Joan Gifford (Dave) of Maryland Heights, MO, John Guth (Sally) of Washington, IL, David Guth (Tina) of Chandler, AZ and Carol Doss (Darrin) of Washington, IL..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Apostolic Christian Home in Eureka or to the Eureka Et Cetera Thrift Shop.
