She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Gale and Margaina Gale (Fisher); her husband Reynold Joe Ellis; and her daughter Pamela Short. She is survived by: her children, Larry Ellis of Secor, IL, Donna Shirley (Ben) of Germantown Hills, IL and Angela Ellis of Washington, IL; her son-in-law Ben Short of Homasassa, FL; and her siblings, Gordon Gale (Billie) of Ava, IL, Janet Santos of Kyle, TX and Allen Gale of Murphysboro, IL.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
