He is survived by: his wife Ruth Blough; his children, Rod Hostetler (Terri) of Morton and Rhoda Colclasure of Washington; his brother Raymond Hostetler (Joanne); and his grandchildren, Kim Schrader, Lori Schrader (Patrick Haley), Kayli Hostetler (Kevin Williams) and Karter Hostetler (Randilyn Light-Smith).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Living Faith Fellowship Church in Eureka.
