He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Orr, Sr. and D. Aileen Glatz Orr; and his brothers, Ronald E. Orr and Roy E. "Ed" Orr Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Meeks, Michelle Onnen and Robert Orr; and his siblings, Rebecca Prunty, Terri Dickson (Mark), Chris Orr (Mary) and Nick Orr (Jane). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wildlife Prairie Park.
