She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gallogly and Marcella Gallogly (Langhals). She is survived by: her husband Robert Bright; her children, Andrew Bright (Annie) of Yonkers, NY and Molly Bright (David O'Neill) of Wilmette, IL; her granddaughters, Lucy and Zoe O'Neill; and her siblings, Robert Gallogly Jr. of Angola, IN, James Gallogly (Lorna) of Fremont, IN, William Gallogly (Tracy) of Coldwater, MI and Kathleen Ranshaw (John) of Fremont, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those wishing to honor Carolyn's memory direct contributions to or volunteer their time with organizations in their own communities that promote reading and the arts among young people.
