He is survived by : his wife Cornelia O'Kieffe; his sons, John O'Kieffe (Patsy) of Skokie and William O'Kieffe (Brenda) of Kiawah Island; his grandchildren, Christopher O'Kieffe (Sasha), Shannon Graham (Harley), Nicholas O'Kieffe, Thure Ross (Laura) and Gretchen Ross; and his great grandchildren, Nicole, Roman, Grant, Gwen, Madelyn and Allison.
