David Paul Jones Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2025, at the age of 93, David Paul Jones of Evanston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jones and Celia Jones (Crocker); his wife Martha Lois; and his siblings, George Jones, Jr., Thompson Jones, Sr. (Raina), Dorothy Lambert (Cedric), Celia Jones and Bette Lambert (Edgar).

He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Manchester (Eric), Gail Jones Klopfer (Jerry) and Becky Betts (Steve); his grandchildren, David Woods, Austin, Audrey Klopfer, Dakota and Nathaniel Betts; his great grandchild Catalina Woods; and his siblings, Robert Jones, Mary Jones and Barbara Geiszler (Al).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Joan of Arc Church (3653 Lyons St, Evanston, IL 60203). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the All Saints Catholic Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
