She was predeceased by: her parents, Meta Eeman and Alfred Eeman. She is survived by: her brother Gunnar; her husband Paul Herreid; her children, Leon, Linda and Margaret; her grandchildren, Kim (Roger), Katie (Alex), Mark and Melissa; and her great grandchildren, Kameron, Kooper and Norman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to WFMT, Chicago's classical music station, which she listened to night and day for as long as she was able.
