It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Meltzer of Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rae Feldblum (Mitnik) and Harry Feldblum; her friends, Janet and Charles Garvin; and her daughter-in-law Jane Whitinger (Bernard Meltzer).

She is survived by : her husband Bernard Meltzer; and her children, Adam Meltzer and Sylvia Meltzer, MD (Tricia Geraghty).
