He is survived by: his children, Lucy and Reggie Teinowitz; his siblings, Nancy Teinowitz (Scott Barker), Danny Teinowitz and Billy Teinowitz; his siblings' children, Cynthia Jane Teinowitz Jones and Elijah Teinowitz Barker; his cousins, Ira Teinowitz (Martha Kanter), Norman Teinowitz, Amy Teinowitz James, Robert Teinowitz (Anne Siebert), Jennifer Stein and Elizabeth Stein; and his friend Spike Manton.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home (111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL 60091).
