With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Ann Slattery (Evanston, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 16, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald McConnell and Marcella McConnell (DeCook); and her brother Patrick McConnell. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Kristin Slattery (Dan Becker), Matt Slattery (Kerrin), Sat Hari Khalsa (Parampal Singh), Daniel Slattery, Megan Oberg (Scott) and Kenzi Slattery (Jamie Beach); her grandchildren, Caid, Ellie Slattery, Guru Updesh, Jas Keerat, Harsangh Singh, Maxwell and Finn Oberg; and her sisters, Kay Conroy (Doug) and Jo Miller (Zack).
