We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Samuel Lovering of Evanston, Illinois, born in Chestnut, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eleanor Dunning and Joseph Shallcross Lovering; his sibling Alis Lovering Fern; and also Amber Lynch. He is survived by : his wife Joan Murtaugh Lovering; his sibling Talbot Dunning Lovering; his children, Joseph Shallcross "Pete", Michael Scott and Hutchinson Clark; his stepchildren, Ann Lois Harriman and John Walter Harriman "Johnny"; his grandchildren, Jason Scott Lovering (Rebekah), Christopher Michael Lovering (Camille) and Ariel Edenixssa; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Christopher and Zander Michael Lovering.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sam's name to The Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club.
