She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Boswell and Edna Boswell; her siblings, James C. Boswell, Thomas E. Boswell Jr. and Barbara Boswell Corbett; her husband Rev. David A. Donovan; her sons, Thomas B. Donovan (Sheri) and James E. Donovan (Karen); and her grandchildren, Jack D. Donovan, Michael B. Donovan, Charles J. Donovan, Joseph M. Donovan and Carolyn S. Donovan.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Northminster Presbyterian Church (2515 Central Park Ave, Evanston, IL 60201).
